How Our Quotes Work
We believe quotes should be clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Western Slope Facility Services breaks projects down so customers can see what is included, what each part of the project involves, and where adjustments can be made when needed.
We Are Not Always the Cheapest Quote
Western Slope Facility Services is not built around being the cheapest option. We are built around clear communication, organized work, dependable scheduling, and getting the job done well.
If a customer is only looking for the lowest number, we may not always be the best fit. If they want the project handled professionally, clearly, and with less stress on their plate, that is where we aim to stand out.
Step 1: Tell Us What You Need
The process starts with a call, message, quote form, photos, or a walkthrough. The more detail we have, the better we can understand the project.
Helpful details include:
Photos
Measurements
Timeline or deadline
Location
Condition of the property
Services needed
Concerns or priorities
Budget range, if there is one
Step 2: We Review the Scope
We look at what the project actually involves. Some jobs are simple. Others may include several moving pieces, such as cleaning, hauling, repairs, materials, subcontractors, disposal, pressure washing, yard cleanup, or project management.

Step 3: We Break the Quote Down
Instead of giving one vague number, we try to break quotes into clear categories whenever possible. This helps customers understand what is included and gives them the option to adjust the scope if needed.

Step 4: You Review and Choose What Works
A detailed quote allows the customer to see the full picture. Some customers want the entire project handled at once. Others may want to remove certain items, prioritize the most urgent work, or phase the project out.
Step 5: We Communicate Changes Clearly
Sometimes a project changes after work begins. Hidden damage, extra materials, additional repairs, or unexpected conditions can affect the final scope. When something changes, we communicate as soon as we know so the customer is not surprised later.

The Goal Is Clarity
Our goal is for customers to understand what they are paying for before the work begins. Clear quotes help reduce stress, prevent confusion, and make it easier to move forward with confidence.
