Project Stories

Every property has a story. Some projects are simple, and others come with a long list of repairs, cleanup, details, and decisions. This page shares examples of the kinds of projects Western Slope Facility Services helps organize, manage, and complete.

Featured Project Story: Getting a Large Property Ready for Sale

Some properties do not need one small repair. They need someone to step in, look at the whole picture, and help bring all the pieces together.

This project involved a large Western Slope property with a home, land, cleanup needs, repair work, yard work, and final details that all needed attention before the property could be ready for its next step. From the outside, it may have looked like a simple list of tasks. But once everything was laid out, it was clear there were several moving parts that needed to be handled in the right order.

Instead of the client having to call one person for cleanup, another for repairs, another for yard work, another for pressure washing, and another for final cleaning, Western Slope Facility Services helped organize the project as a whole. Our job was to look at what needed to happen, help coordinate the work, and take as much of that stress off the client’s plate as possible.

A project like this may include cleanup, hauling, exterior work, repairs, pressure washing, interior cleaning, yard reset, and final details. But more than that, it requires communication, planning, and someone making sure the work keeps moving.

The goal was not just to make the property look better. The goal was to help the property feel manageable again, so the client could move forward without having to carry every detail alone.

Project Coming Soon: Helping Build a Dream Airbnb Property

Some projects begin as a vision long before the work begins. This upcoming project is one we are especially excited about because it is not just a repair or a cleanup — it is the beginning of someone’s dream property.

The client is working toward building an Airbnb property that will need several major pieces to come together, including electrical work, septic planning, road access, landscaping, fencing, and overall project coordination. A project like this can quickly become overwhelming when each part depends on the next, and when there are multiple trades, timelines, materials, and decisions involved.

Western Slope Facility Services is looking forward to stepping in as the project management team to help organize the moving pieces and support the client’s vision. Our goal is to help make the process feel less stressful, more organized, and easier to move through from one stage to the next.

Right now, the client is working through the financing side of the project, so we are waiting for the official takeoff. Once everything is ready, we are excited to help bring the property one step closer to what she has been imagining.

Project Coming Soon: Helping a Home Recover After Flood Damage

Some projects start with a sudden problem that turns a family’s normal routine upside down. Flood damage is one of those situations. It can leave homeowners dealing with repairs, insurance, cleanup, scheduling, materials, and the stress of trying to get their home back to normal.

Western Slope Facility Services is helping with a flooded home project where the goal is to help bring the space back together after damage has disrupted the home. Projects like this often involve more than one step and more than one trade, which is why organization and communication matter so much.

Our role is to help coordinate the pieces, keep the project moving, and support the process so the homeowners are not left trying to manage every detail by themselves.

More details will be added as the project moves forward.

Project Coming Soon: Large Cleanup and Repair Project

Some properties need more than a quick cleanout. They need a full reset.

This upcoming project involves a large cleanup with difficult conditions, hazardous areas, heavy debris, and repair needs throughout the property. Jobs like this can feel overwhelming because there is not just one thing to fix. There are layers of cleanup, safety concerns, access issues, repairs, hauling, and coordination that all have to be handled carefully.

Western Slope Facility Services is stepping into this project with the goal of getting the work done quickly, safely, and well. The focus is to bring order to a property that feels chaotic, reduce the stress on the owner, and help move the space toward its next usable stage.

This is the kind of project where having one organized team matters. Instead of the client trying to piece everything together alone, we help manage the moving parts and keep the project moving forward.

More details will be added as the project progresses.
